Covid-19 Service update

During these difficult times, the health of our team, customers and community is our top priority. Petals & Roses is committed to following the latest guidelines and advice from Public Health England.

Are you open?

We are still processing orders, replying to emails and answers calls as usual. Our opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4pm on Fridays.

Are your shipping times affected?

We are carefully dispatching as normal, but Royal Mail can no longer guarantee next working day delivery services. Standard delivery has not been effected.

I’m an existing customer, what do I do if my event has been postponed?

If your event has been affected by Covid-19 and you’ve made the difficult decision to postpone, you can change your Pre-Order dispatch date or if you don’t know what your new event date is, we can put your order on hold. Please email with your order number and let us know what you’d like to do.

Alternatively if you’ve already received your petals, make sure to store them away from heat, moisture and light. They should last up to 3 months. Get in touch and we can advise on this direct.
