About

Petals & Roses

Real petals. Real passion. Made for your most unforgettable moments.

Where It All Began

Petals & Roses has been part of the floral world for longer than you might think. Our roots are in the world of wholesale, biodegradable, freeze dried, petals. Providing to hotels such as Hilton and Montcalm, luxury florists, venues, and wedding planners. But 2019 makred the real beginning, and the start of the journey to become who we are today.

2019

The Change

In 2019 we made the decision to do something different. We wanted to bring the beauty of real, biodegradable, freeze dried, petals directly to the people who matter to us most… Couples celebrating one of the biggest days of their lives. This chapter came with lots of changes, and if you remember our old packaging, you’ll know just how far we’ve come! So, we created the packaging you have all come to know and love so much, new colours, and new mixes!

2020

The Wedding World

As we developed so did our desire to be a part of the wedding world. We began working on styled shoots, connecting with the wider wedding community, and building relationships with suppliers and couples who shared our love of beautiful details. We’re incredibly proud to be recommended by wedding venues and couples alike.

2025

The Wedding Shows

Then in 2025 we took a leap, attending the Spring National Wedding Show at the NEC for the very first time. We arrived with just a 1x2 meter stand and left with full hearts. Meeting brides, hearing their stories, and playing even a small role in their planning journey reminded us exactly why we do what we do. We loved every moment so much that we’ve returned to every show since! Each time with a bigger stand and even more excitement for the event.

???

The Big Screen

Oh, and somewhere along the way our petals have made it onto the big screen too… More than once, actually. We’d love to tell you more… but let’s just say the lawyers have strong opinions about that!

Freeze Drying

At the heart of everything we do is something special. We freeze dry all our petals on site, right here in the UK. While that might sound simple, it’s anything but. There’s no exact science to freeze drying, especially when it comes to flowers. It’s taken countless trials, a great deal of patience, and a genuine obsession with getting it right. Achieving colours that are accurate, consistent, and truly beautiful doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of hard work, learning, and a refusal to settle for anything less than the best.

Based In the Heart of the UK

We’re proudly Midlands based, freeze drying every single petal on site so we can stand behind the quality of every order that leaves our door. When you buy from Petals and Roses you’re buying British, made with care, by a team that genuinely loves what they do.

Quality

Quality isn't a buzzword for us, it's the reason we put in the hours, run the trials, and never stop learning. Achieving colours that are accurate, consistent, and truly beautiful doesn't happen by accident.

Sustainability

It's not something we shout about, but it's something our whole team genuinely cares about, from our recycled packaging to the choices we make every day. Nature gives us something extraordinary to work with. We want to honour that.

Community

We're not just a supplier, we want to be a part of your world. From styled shoots to wedding shows, we've always believed the best way to understand what couples need is to be present, listen, and invest in your day.

Our venue only allows biodegradable confetti to protect the environment so Petals and Roses real dried petals were a great choice. The freeze-dried hydrangea’s were ideal for this stunning flutter effect and the photos speak for themselves!

I always knew I wanted a confetti moment, it was such a special part of our magical day. We absolutely loved our white hydrangea petal confetti, and the photos from our confetti moment. Some of the floral arrangements included white hydrangeas, it was another detail that tied everything together so perfectly!
