We ship Monday – Friday (excludes Bank Holidays).
Most of our orders are shipped with Royal Mail, but some are sent via reliable courier.
Orders received before midday Monday to Friday are usually dispatched same day. Orders received after midday Monday to Friday, over a weekend or on a bank holiday, are usually processed the next working day.
Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (unless you select Saturday delivery). Please note that some delivery drivers may operate outside these times. If you are not at home when the courier or postman tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card to advise you, how to arrange a re-delivery or how to collect your order.
We offer a next working day delivery to anywhere within mainland UK on most items.
Please note to ensure next working day delivery, orders must be placed before midday Monday to Friday and will be with you by 1pm the next working day, they will also need signing for.
If placed on a Friday, the next working day is Monday, unless Saturday Delivery selected, this must also be ordered before midday.

Freeze dried petals hold their stunning colour and shape for up to 3-4 months when stored away from heat, moisture and light.
We don’t have a shop to visit as our shop is online and we ship worldwide. If you have a query or would like some advice please get in contact.
If you have allowed the full amount of time stated for your delivery and your order hasn’t arrived, firstly check everyone at your home or work and with a neighbour, incase they have accepted the parcel for you.
Following this, please contact us and we’ll aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
Delivery outside the UK: We are currently experiencing some delays with international shipping due to an issue with Royal Mail, please bear with us.
We deliver to a range of countries in Europe and across the world. International delivery prices start from £12.50 dependent on weight, this is calculated for you at the checkout.
European Delivery = 5-12 working days
International Delivery = 7 -12 working days
USA delivery = 14-28 working days
